18 businesses. One proving ground.
Two 2026 cohorts of nine businesses each. Every selected member receives $10,000 in consulting services after a $5,000 investment, which includes the launch of your AllPeep community and setup fees. Cohorts stay together for 3-6 months within the EDUC8 ecosystem. Future cohorts will pay for what is freely being offered here. Applications are open; full invitations are extended after interview only.
A proving ground for the community-led future — where design, engineering, and local ownership converge.

A working conversation
A 45-minute conversation with a practitioner strategist. We pressure-test fit, readiness, and where $10,000 in consulting services after a $5,000 investment will move the needle. No pitch deck required.

$10,000 in services after your investment
After your $5,000 investment is received and your AllPeep community is launched, $10,000 in structured consulting begins: pre-work, whiteboard intensives, enterprise coaching, and a two-year growth strategy. Cohorts stay together for 3-6 months within the EDUC8 ecosystem so collective impact compounds.

The Founding Cohort is designed for leaders ready to build infrastructure, not just consume content. Before you apply, check that you and your team can meet the commitment.
- A leader with authority — You can make decisions, or strongly influence them, for your organization, program, or initiative.
- A real operation to grow — You have an existing product, service, program, or community, even if it is still early. This is not for ideas-only.
- 1-2 dedicated point people — You can assign at least one operator to attend sessions, complete pre-work, and drive execution between calls.
- 3-6 months of commitment — Cohorts stay together for 3-6 months. Expect weekly or biweekly sessions, pre-work, and implementation in your real context.
- Community-minded growth — You want to build ownership, revenue, and systems, not just chase one-time grants or transactions.
- Ready to invest — You have budget authority for the $5,000 investment and understand the $10,000 consulting value follows after AllPeep launch.
Your $5,000 investment is a launch fee, not a consulting deposit. It covers the AllPeep community launch and setup. The $10,000 in consulting services begins after launch.

What applicants ask most.
What is the weekly time commitment?
Most cohort members spend 4-6 hours per week: one live session (60-90 minutes), pre-work or reflection, and execution inside your own operation. The work is designed to happen in your real context, not as extra homework.
What team composition works best?
We recommend a decision-making leader plus one operator who can own execution between sessions. Solo founders are welcome if they can dedicate time to implementation. Nonprofit, education, faith, civic, and business teams are all eligible.
How do cohorts stay together?
Each cohort of nine businesses meets as a group for live working sessions, shares progress inside a private AllPeep community, and receives 3-6 months of structured support inside the EDUC8 ecosystem. Peer accountability is built into the rhythm.
What if I miss a session?
Recordings are available for async review. We also build in two make-up office hours per cohort so you can stay on track without falling behind the group.
What is the difference between Fall and Winter 2026?
Fall runs September through November 2026; Winter runs January through March 2027. The curriculum and value are the same. Choose based on your team's readiness and calendar. You may indicate interest in both on the application.
What happens after the cohort ends?
Graduates receive priority intake into ongoing advisory and enterprise coaching. You keep your AllPeep community, strategy documents, and operations map. Many cohort members continue into monthly advisory retainers.
