Our team of enterprise coaches supports cohorts of businesses that want to grow and learn in a group setting. We believe learner-centered communities are built best with one-to-one impact consulting designed to put your Growth Blueprint in hyperdrive. That relationship is built on trust.

No sale or resale

We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise transfer your personal information, assessment responses, or contact details to any third party for marketing, advertising, or unrelated commercial purposes.

No spam, no noise

You will not be added to automated newsletter lists without explicit consent. Communications are limited to insights that advance your Growth Blueprint and coaching journey.

Purpose-limited use

Data is collected and processed solely to generate your blueprint, coordinate services, and improve community intelligence for the grasstops who support grassroots work.

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization name, organization type, and your responses to assessment questions. We also collect technical information necessary to operate the site, such as browser type and IP address, through standard server logs and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

  • To generate, deliver, and improve your personalized Growth Blueprint.
  • To coordinate one-to-one impact consulting and cohort-based services.
  • To communicate with you about your assessment, coaching, or Founding Cohort application.
  • To analyze aggregated community intelligence and patterns among the grasstops who support grassroots work.
  • To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our platform.

3. What we do not do

No sale or resale

We do not sell, rent, license, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.

No spam

We do not send unsolicited newsletters or bulk promotional messages. Every communication is tied to a clear purpose.

No surveillance marketing

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or enable third-party ad targeting.

Ethical AI only

AI is used to accelerate insight generation under human practitioner oversight. Outputs are reviewed for relevance and accuracy.

4. Data sharing and subprocessors

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to deliver our services, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics platforms. These providers are contractually bound to use your data solely for the purpose of providing services to EDUC8theWORLD and to maintain appropriate security controls.
